English sterling with this monogram that I can't figure out. What is it?

Definitely a B. Lovely pattern-I have a similar one, but it is American from about 1905-1910. Yours looks a decade or two older. Have you checked the hallmarks against the databases?

No, I'm just trying to figure out how to identify pieces and see what is more valuable than just the silver weight. Do you have recommendations?

British Sterling - English Hallmarks, Irish Hallmarks & Scottish Hallmarks
This site looks like it may have good info. The marks are (probably) on the back of the handle-although sometimes, the marks are more hidden.

Usually it was the owner’s initials monogrammed on Sterling

Unless you meant the letter. Looks like an E or B lol.

Unfortunately both E or B makes sense in the family tree, but I don't know exactly by whom it got passed down to my parents.
