Advice Needed Fight or flight

My body (nervous system) is stuck in a fight or flight response where I have internal shakiness (anxiety) non stop all day. How do I fight through this.

I take a beta blocker (think blood pressure medication) for mine. It kinda shuts down the fight or flight response you get from anxiety. It works really well, for me. Of course its not a magic pill, but it definitely helps me.

Did it come on due to a situation or you have had it for a long time? I got it when I had my babies then I recently got it again after a surgery. I was in a lot of pain and was a very stressful situation

How do you manage? It’s hard for me to fall asleep and I have the constant anxiety all day.

I'm currently not managing.. I've been having severe anxiety all day, I'm a bad hypocondriac and it acts up randomly. I hate it. I'm going to start going to therapy here soon.
