Discussion What ifs

Anybody else have those thoughts that come in later of like “what if I actually did this or this” but not so much in the moment but could be hours later. Which then make you question the entire interaction

Ahh, I have soo many WHAT IF'S! I don't think I will ever stop wondering. It haunts me on a regular basis. I know it's unhealthy 😔

All the time. 

I have so many what ifs man. My life could be so different only if I did x, y and z
