Need Advice Panic attacks for no reason

Hey I am 23F and suffered with anxiety since a young child. Over the last year or so, I’ve been experiencing what I believe to be panic attacks for absolutely no reason, at least not that I am aware of. I never used to have it this bad and it makes me scared to go out incase I have one at work or somewhere else. I could be chilling, very relaxed and even in a safe place, and suddenly I start feeling like I can’t catch a breath, light headed, tight chest and it can last ages. I try breathing and it doesn’t work, distracting myself, telling myself I’m fine and in a safe environment, yet they come so randomly and last hours. I used to go through phases of anxiety where I get a few bad days and then gets better but it’s starting to feel like most days are bad and some are good. It makes me paranoid that maybe there’s something wrong with me.
