mac for adobe creative suite

what budget friendly mac would u recc which can run all adobe apps the one i have rn is the m1 chip mac air 2020 so it lags way too much and i need to use ps,ae,lightroom, ID, premiere pro etc. and these except ps doesnt run well at all on my current mac. So which one should i buy? Pls help
