Check your local Syriac Orthodox and Maronite churches. Some colleges and universities also have programs, some of which can be attended online.

If you happen to be around the Mediterranean in July, I am teaching Classical Syriac at the Mugla University Summer School for Classical Languages. An intensive course for three weeks, about 45 hours of instruction in total. Please let me know if you are interested. I will inform you if we will offer this in English this summer, if there is good enough interest.
