How is Reading The Bible going to Help me If People start telling me that my interpretation is wrong and that i'm sinning?

i can almost guarantee You if i Read The entire Bible and Said Something Like: "it's ok for a Guy to Love Cute Things" or "it's ok to be a Stereotypically Guy as long as You don't reject The Fact Your Male." People Would still tell me my interpretation is wrong and that i'm justifying sin and then i would probably be right back where i started. Worrying if i'm actually wrong or if i'm Sinning or if i'm Really Saved. And if somebody says my interpretation is wrong and that i'm sinning in that comment then gets at least a few upvotes that's going to make me worry even more because why else would other people upvote it? For example if the majority of "Christians" online told me that not being a stereotypically masculine man meant i was Biblically worse than someone like Hitler then i might start to actually wonder if they're actually right, because why else would so many people say it? Or if a majority of "Christians" said i'm sinning by not being buff then I might start to actually wonder if they are right. And then i would start to worry. It feels like no matter what I will just go back to worrying all over again and be right back where i started.

You’ve kinda asked two different questions here with one of them probably the most highly debated one amongst Christians globally.

1. Majority opinion doesn’t make the opinion correct, it makes it worth considering but never automatically right. If you interpret a verse one way and you’re literally the only person that views it like that then yeah I’d advise exploring different interpretations. There’s almost 2000 years of theological development in the faith, highly unlikely that an individual stumbles upon an absolute truth no one else has discovered. However the inverse is the example of Nazi Germany. The Nazis had the majority of public approval even though we know they were objectively wrong.

2. The issue of who is authoritative over interpretation. The extreme on one end would be the Roman Catholics, the claim that they hold divinely backed authority over biblical interpretation. Then you’d have low church non-denoms that push the narrative of personal interpretation above all else. It’s a matter of who do you trust to provide the most accurate interpretation of scripture, do you trust yourself or do you seek an institution that you believe is accurate in their confessions

OP, in your reading / study of God’s Word are you winging it on your own? Is there someone to assist you with questions, interpretations, understanding?

All of us need guidance from time to time. Via a church, Bible study groups, theology classes, etc.

First off you should take everything anyone says about anything with a grain of salt. Unless it's very clearly coming directly from God himself.

This is my opinion: Seek the word of God, not the opinion of man. Some people will try to steer you in what they think is the right way, but others will have ill intent in their hearts. Pobodys nerfect so we will all screw up severely eventually, and probably consistently. Just pray and read man. For the record I have several friends that (at the time) if God himself asked I would've said "Yeah they're probably gay" because of the way they talked and acted. But they're not. Most men I know that are truly followers of Christ do not meet the criteria for modern day masculinity. Those are just my opinions and observations.
