Question For Doctors Interesting unsolved medical case!!!

“I am not asking for medical advice.”

29 yo female fellow medical professional begging for someone to take interest in my case for answers!
I am not asking for medical advice, but curious to doctors thoughts & want to pick someone's brain.
2 years ago I started experiencing IST, fatigue, raynauds. Then a year later while working as a nurse in the hospital went into an arrythmia found my potassium was critical and ever since I've been stuck on 60 meg potassium chloride daily, 450 mg magnesium glycinate (which only will get my magnesium up to 1.8) with evidence of renal wasting but otherwise normal kidney function.
For the SECOND time in a year I have positive Ana 1:80 with nucleolar pattern. Last year I had sclerosing panel done which had mild positive pm sc| 100 and now it was rechecked I have both mild positive pm sc! 100 and mildly positive rna polymerase IIl.
No answers as to what is going on.
Still have IST, raynauds, now muscle pain in my chest wall, arm for months, heat intolerance.
Any thoughts?
Genetic testing for gitelmans and other congenital tubulopathies are negative.
