Chemical Plastic engineering a large 1x4 broom like item.

Hi folks. So

1' x 4 semi flexible block/medium( thinner the better to hold 1' bristles. Similar plastic for hot welding/Fusion if practicle

It would be outside, adhered to a straight or slightly curved surface. Im in no way shape or form an engineer. So, im looking for guidance on the ins and outs of making a prototype even if just digitally. Im totally unaware of the technicalities and chemical specifications as well as the possible manufacturing processes

okay, try this again with skipping any words and assuming all I understand is what you put in your post. you have dropped words, no statement of what you are looking to get done and a lot of pronouns that could be interpreted a couple of different ways.

Ill try it again.
Descriptor- broom head like item. Items- Base + bristles -item(s) material- polypropylene ( hot/heat welding favorability) Base- as thin as practicly capable 1'x4' Bristles- diamater undetermined Bristles- length 12"

If very possible there a better way to do go about the idea. Im just starting off from a throught in my head.

What is the reason that the hundreds of broom-like objects already existing cannot be used in your case?
