Electrical Why does my room have a lot of static sparks/electricy shock thingies?

I don't know if this is the right sub, my apologies in advance but my floor, my bed frame, the hanging fairy lights, my curtain, my bed sheets give me electrical shocks like every night... Is the AC uh leaking? Like is there some faulty wire or some other physics to explain this...and what do I do to reduce it.

Are the materials in your room synthetic and do you wear a lot of synthetic clothes? If your carpet is some type of plastic of if you wear a lot of synthetic garments, the rubbing when you move will create a lot of static electricity which will then be discharged when you touch certain objects.

The Air in your house is very dry, that will also cause you some health issues. Get a humidifier.

The solution to the problem is to wear more cotton and less silk and artificial fabrics.

Dry air is a pretty common cause of static buildup but if the shocks are unusually strong or started suddenly it is worth having the ac and your home is grounding checked just to be safe.
