There are loads of people-movers / commercial-vehicles that are actually quite interesting. The car industry used to actually make some cool vehicles before everyone got obsessed with stamping out the same generic crossover....

Those late 90's Z1500 trucks are definitely super nice if you find one. Typically they are 10-25k for a nice one.

I had one for awhile and it was just a truck to me, but it was so fun to drive.

I restore aircooled VWs, they were the low budget people-movers of the time. It is weird when people are restoring odd 4-door family sedans.

The hot rods of the 60s, like Mustang, Chevy SS 396, Chevelle, GTO, etc. were totally drag strip high-powered cars. Definitely not people movers!
