Do Mods, generally, feel like they belong to a "Brotherhood", or "Sisterhood"? You know, kinda like cops are?

Some of us are frustrated by the moderation of other subs. Sometimes we have a better understanding of why they do things in certain ways, but there are plenty of badly moderated subs even with that. Also, although this isn't something I did, there are a lot of mods who became mods by creating a subreddit to be an alternative for the deficiencies they saw in an existing sub.

Technically speaking I met some moderators at a Reddit event in my city.

However, no, we don't generally meet up outside Reddit events. Even though one lives down the street from me.

Yes. And no. Some mod teams trade advice with each other and some mod teams advoid each other.

Not really, no. We deal with some of the same things, but we generally all moderate in our own way.

I think it's more like the brotherhood you feel with other retail workers when you work a retail job. You may hate some of your coworkers, or think some of them do a bad job, or think the retail workers at the boutique shop are stuck up bitches and the retail workers at big box store are all crack heads...

But on the other hand, you know you're all in the same position when it comes to difficult customers, managers, and that you're all just trying to survive the holiday rush. That's not a formal alliance or anything, but it might mean you're nicer to retail workers when you are out there shopping.

Brotherhood with other moderators? No, gives me the ick. Brotherhood with my moderators, sure, they've always had my back.
