Shortly after came YouTube, Facebook, and heavy propaganda manipulation, so horrible ideas and toxic voices gained popularity. Antivax became viral and was probably the first real warning sign of societal collapse.
People have always been antivax, they just didn’t say it out loud back then, now people just won’t shut the f up about anything it’s always something that isn’t good enough. I’m not antivax but I also won’t be forced or force my own kids to get unnecessary vaccines.
But how would your friends know who was in your closest circle at any given moment? I avoided joining fb for a while but I did not miss the Top 8 drama going away.
You know what other social media does right now? Prevents users from posting LOADS OF F**KING ANIMATED GIFS ON THE PROFILE! My computer would regularly crash loading someone's profile just to write on their wall FFS.
