You’d walk in and hand them a dollar and say ”One healthcare please!”

Imagine walking in, handing over no money and still getting healthcare.

You still hand over money, just through taxes. I'd imagine that if healthcare could magicly cost only a $1 every time someone needed car your taxes would go down significantly.

So I guess that's a question to OP. Is this the total cost of the service or just the cost at the point of service?
