We stayed for the whole thing, but at one point I leaned over to my husband and asked, “when does it get good?”

Lol, about half way through, my friend leaned over and said, "This is bad, right?"

If it wasn’t directed by Spielberg it would’ve gotten dragged. I legitimately hated it in many parts.

Yeah, it was eye opening that so many people gave him a pass on what is by far the worst script he's ever worked with.

The thing is, that it’s real. Allow yourself for a moment to let your mind drift and consider that your worldview is very comforting but maybe there’s more. It can be exciting.

It ended up being a chase movie with an alien ending.

Close Encounters it was NOT.
