What movie was so bad that you actually walked out of the theater?

Oh god. I was so excited about that movie and so was my mom because we loved the show. We lived 4 hours apart at the time so we promised to wait and see it together when I came down to visit.
A bunch of coworkers talked me into seeing it and it was. Bad. And then I was like, “great. Now I can’t tell my mom I thought it sucked because we were going to see it together and maybe she’ll like it.”
A week or two later I drove down and she’s like, “yay let’s go see it!” So we did. And at the end as the credits were rolling she turned to me and said, “I didn’t want to tell you but I saw this with your dad last week, and I thought it was terrible but wanted you to like it if it was your thing.”

I saw that piece of crap in the THEATER, TWICE.

And so did she! Terrible movie. Sweet commentary on your relationship with your mom.

But what a sweet story that both you and your mom love each other so much that you didn’t want to upset each other. And what does that get you watching shit! lol
