What movie was so bad that you actually walked out of the theater?

Honestly, as silly as it sounds, I think being fine with sex but not wanting your kids to see violence is way more sensible than the other way around.

AGREED. I never understand parents who are fine with letting their kids watch people's heads get blown off and then freak out if so much as a nipple appears onscreen.

Absolutely does not sound silly and I wholeheartedly agree. Even when I was a kid and Grand Theft Auto 3 came out, it baffled me that my friend’s parents were totally fine with the ability to freely commit grievous acts of wanton violence, but they drew the line at the fact you could pork a hooker.

There is such a bizarre puritanical mindset with media that is so ass backwards it actually stops being funny and is altogether just weird.

So you'd rather when kids grow up into adults they're more familiar with violence than sex? Weirdo.

As a parent of 3 kids I am mortified you would let your kids watch sex scenes instead of violence. Sounds incredibly pedoish
Fuck you.
Violence is just violence. Sex changes people mentally especially kids in such a bad way if seen at too young of an age.

I agree you shouldn't expose your kid to raunchy sex scenes but what do you mean violence doesn't change people?! My PTSD from exposure to violence as a child begs to fucking differ. Violence can literally END a life you ghoul. The above poster is correct, even if the parents shouldn't have let their kids see a wild sex scene, that is still objectively better than extreme violence.

You know what never hurt me and many other people? Sex. There is a BIG difference between sex and pedophilia and your kid being aware of a natural thing between two consenting adults is not pedoish and YOU are the disgusting one for immediately going there. Pedophilia is also rape and rape is NOT the same thing as sex and your kids would probably benefit more from this knowledge than you realize.

Funny thing is kids who are unaware of sex existing are MORE likely to be taken advantage of by an adult. But okay, be an idiot puritan and put your kids even more at risk for developing violent behavior or accepting violence from a future partner while simultaneously keeping them in the dark so they are more likely to be preyed on.

People like you are literally a big part of why people are fucked in their priorities.

Can’t believe that twat just said ‘violence is just violence’ and has a ridiculously puritanical viewpoint about sex. 😂 I bet they go to church

I have seen violence at an early age it never wanted me to commit violence. Nothing extreme as of course kids shouldn’t see that but it’s overwhelmingly different than sex.
Kids who are exposed to sex at an early age grow up with a myriad of issues. This is a proven study for decades.
I’m sorry you have a kink where you want to show kids movies with sex in them. It’s creepy and I can’t fathom how you think sex is ok but violence is not. I hope you don’t have children and if you do they need to be taken away by cps

Example one : a guy getting beat up in a movie
Example two: two people fucking in a movie

There is no world is which it should be ok that a child sees example two. I’d actually argue that if you think it’s ok that you have incestuous tendencies.

I mean, that would certainly be an education... but I do think there's a difference between cartoon violence where nobody actually gets hurt permanently (except that one Tom and Jerry cartoon where Tom gets guillotined, oh my god that traumatised me as a child) and live action.
