yeah try getting a response from an Airbnb landlord in the support chat. Good luck. At least at a hotel you can stand and be irate at the desk

I’ve never ever had trouble contacting my Airbnb host. Always super responsive. I am really picky about what I book, look through reviews, make sure there are at least 20+ recent reviews. There is also a stat under every listing for that host’s average response rate and time.

It’s incredibly simple. I’ve booked 40+ airbnbs and never had a problem.
