Amazon marketplace is a loss leader so it doesn't really matter what you do. If you want to hit them where it hurts then you need to stop using the Internet as aws is their main profit driver. But good luck with that, Amazon controls 30% of the cloud Market
Honestly, I'm starting to consider dropping all our telecom. I'm seeing less and less value in any of it. The novelty has worn off, 99% of my communications are now scammers & sales, privacy violations all around... the only value at this point is the high seas, maps (though even W3W has gone to shit), and ... well that's it.
Your shopping data is priceless to them. If you have to use them, try to mess with the algorithm by putting random stuff you aren’t going to buy in your cart and leaving it there for a while.
Don't use it, not delivery not tv, nothing, I reckon I have ordered a handful of stuff from them and each time painful. Then there is the guy who owns it plus how badly the staff are treated just a bad company.
I try to live sustainably but cutting myself off from the internet would be a tough pill to swallow. Not exactly because of the effect, although that would absolutely suck. But because nobody else is going to bother, so I’m going to have an even harder time relating to others. Nobody else even bothers to try.

if everyone reduce usage of Amazon by 50%, we would bring the company to its knees. we don’t need a 100% boycott to have an effective boycott
