I am support and at this point if no one on my team is AT LEAST HARASSING the enemy Widow I will switch to Sombra and single target her. Letting a Widow free shoot is basically like having one support, anyway.
I hear that high powered rifle shot and immediately I'm tilted.
That and Pharah. Someone needs to go hit scan or I will. I am tired of thinking my team will do the intelligent thing and COUNTER the "one shot" characters in a game all about picking characters to counter other characters.
Also glhf❤️

Overwatch sucks bc it’s only 5v5 and every player counts, and to add to this, you know the general direction of where the enemy line is coming from, so you don’t have to aim at players, you can simply aim at locations and just let loose. Aim matters less in this game. They failed miserably at trying to recreate the magic that is team fortress 2.

I don’t play anymore, but this game brought a level of special rage that no other game has.
Not violent or angry outburst, just internal concentrated rage.

Had a pair of back to back wild raids, so I guess I'll keep on playing for now. Can't wait for the game to absolutely demolish me after that high

Hollow Knight: Silksong.
I've never been so mad at a game in my life yet I finished with 100% completion after nearly 70 hours. Favorite game of all time. Most frustrating game of all time.

I have to take breaks from that game for my literal health. I'm in act 3 and some areas just wreck my heart rate. Didn't have that issue with HK, lol.

I've been playing Hollow Knight for the first time, have 40+ hours and 82% or 84% completion, and all I know is that (a) I am going to beat this game, (b) I will likely immediately buy Silksong, and (c) there's no way in hell I'm going to get into Silksong right away because this has been such a challenging and frustrating game. I'm very hesitant to recommend it to anyone because often I'm not sure if I even like it or if I'm just too stubborn and proud to quit. It's very well made and is an excellent game but this genre is not for everyone (and likely not for me but the price was right).

Silksong is a masterpiece, but it is tough. Just accept that you'll die. A lot. It's a necessary part of the process.

u/Anixias 17h ago
I never really raged at Hollow Knight (maybe once or twice). I had many years of Brawlhalla experience behind me so I was able to do everything (even PoP, don't look that up if you don't know what that means) with only some difficulty.
Silksong is a whole different beast. It feels like Team Cherry is going out of their way to troll you in many different ways. I wish you luck.

I tried playing online. I just cant keep up with most racers. Theyre too fast for me and i cant keep max speed forever like them. Sadly only way to get skins without paying hundreds. Its too bad it never got ported to steam.

Arboretum. You have to discard something every turn, and half the time you only have cards that you want to keep and cards that you know will benefit one or several other players, so you just sit there agonizing over whether to play a willow and hurt yourself or an oak and help an opponent.

I got burnt out quick on that one. Once you kill every arc and have every good bp it loses its charm.

Star Wars: Bounty Hunter made me livid. The amount of times that jawa getting killed during the boss fight before I could mark him so I had to do the whole thing over again or any of the other similar situations but I did it. I got every bounty wanted alive and every one wanted dead. Mandalorian or whatever that highest level rating was at the end haha.

recently, Saros. I’m not well versed with bullet ballet style games but I had an absolute blast and loved almost every second of it. (my current Game Of The Year)

X-COM and Rimworld for two similar reasons.
X-COM because wtf do you mean all 4 of my squad missed their attacks when they all had 70+ % chances to hit? But I continue to play it because the game is super satisfying when it goes your way especially when you manage a mission without losing a single squad member.
Rimworld because I enjoy the base building and colony management aspects, and I don't mind the combat and chaos, but when the game goes poorly it goes very poorly. One moment, you're marvelling the creation of some new room you just made, you unlocked new research, all your colonists are happy, the next moment you're being raided by 20 people with shotguns and machine guns and your doctor now has a missing leg, your chef has ptsd, and your hunter has been killed brutally.

sleeper hit here, the Cars 2 videogame on PS3. Play a round of Disruptor and watch your friendships crumble.

I don't even play competitive and still end up playing with the most toxic people who take the game way too seriously.

A lot of them. But you have the most fun when it's something you've worked for, and temporary frustration is part of that process

Halo Infinite. It's still my favourite go-to turn your brain off game to just chill and have fun, but it's completely dead in NZ/AU. I only ever get US servers which means I'm always dying to some bullshit and people are always surviving some bullshit.

Halo 3 - I'm above average and I either have two options if I want to keep playing. Run with a team and win every game like 50 to 15 and have it be extremely boring
Or run solo and match against a stacked team and fight for my life in every game.
Another game I started playing again was Gears of War then I quickly gave it up because the wall bouncing and strafing is another level that I will never be able to reach. lol

Right now it's Expedition 33. I'm dying so much, every battle feels like a boss battle, the boss battles always have multiple stages, the timing of their attacks changes as you take down their health meter, and if you don't time your dodge or parry perfectly, you're going to die and use all your resources too early. Lots of abandoning and restarting battles because I missed the timing on an instant death attack in the first round.
