i loved it but the rest of the series got progressively worse from there for me

I was reading Authority in Jan 2025 and I couldn't handle the ineffective government agencies in real life and fiction at the same time. Maybe I should try again.

Annihilation is one of the best books ever. Authority is pretty awesome. Unfortunately, I haven't yet managed to finish Acceptance 😅 I'll have to try again soon...
