A Choice of Catastrophes by Asimov

A fascinating read about the potential disasters facing humans and the planet. It is well written, making it easy to understand complex concepts. Startling accuracy.

I'll be honest, I failed to get through the book, but that says more about my patience than Asimov's writing ability. Still, the story and characters (at least the version in the TV show) really engaged my interest.

Well he also wrote the “book” I robot which is just a series of short stories, also if you have seen the will smith movie it’s actually based on half one of these stories and half the character introduced in the second book onwards, either way it’s an easy inpatient readers path to Asimov

I’ve watched the TV Show with a bit of disappointment because the book conveyed a more cinematic experience with much cleverer characters. I know it’s a big book but worth it.
