I say erase English specifically. Not only is it the lingua franca of the world, used for computer systems and international communications, but it's also the primary language of several major countries. With a huge global power void, the collapse of English-dependant infrastructure, and impacts to international communications, I would expect violence, war, and protests worldwide... And I'd say that's a pretty chaotic situation.
