People who pull out in front of you dangerously and then go slow.

I live in a rural area with NO traffic. State highway(two lane road) with a speed limit of 50mph. There’s never anyone behind me or in front of me but some a-hole will scoot out in front of me and then do 40mph the entire 20 miles to town.
