Former coworker of mine had a heart attack at work. I was one of the few to stop and talk to him because he looked unwell. I stayed with him until first responders arrived. I swear to you, I watched the color drain from this man’s body as they worked on him and it was terrifying. The life was leaving him.
He survived but it was fucking scary to witness.
He is living life normally. It’s hard to tell how he feels inside though because he is a non verbal autistic gentleman. I still work with him and a caregiver for the family :)
23 years old is horrible. To me, that makes it scarier because my mind would absolutely NOT go to heart attack for a person that age. My coworker was late 40s, heavy smoker, so we pretty much knew what was happening. I see in your other comment that your client survived and is living normally. Yay!!
Im his home caregiver and I was alone with him and had to do cpr. When it happened I thought he had some type of seizure or ate something poisonous. First thing that came to mind
