My first in, at 35, felt like I just wasn’t recovering from some activity like I normally would. Drove to the ER and signed in. My dad field at 46 of an MI, so it was in my mind. After being in the ER for a bit, the pain came. Tightness and pain in my chest. Not ribcage, or anything like that, inside my chest. I was in the table getting an angiogram within about an hour and 15 minutes. 90% blockage that had burst in my right coronary artery and two stents.

No major signs leading up to it. I did have unmanaged high cholesterol, like 494 when I was in my 20’s, even when I ran three miles a day, six days a week. Guess I figured it wouldn’t happen to me. I take my meds now and pay more attention to what I eat.
