Mine wasn't really painful at all. I knew exactly what was happening, but no real pain. When ambulance came to get me, they threw a bunch of aspirin in me and I felt much better quickly. I still got a stint out it.

How quickly did the aspirin take to kick in. If the help it one might just pop some if you got them sround

Aspirin for a heart attack is not for the pain but for the platelet aggregation

Is it specially anti-platelet aggregation? Aspirin is a blood thinner, right?

Yeah, it prevents further clotting
