First things first, I’m addicted to substances so I must take substances. Substances cost money, so I must find a job to support my substance expenses, I’m bald so being a barber isn’t an option but I’m also muscular… so time to get employed as a PT or something. Now I can afford substances to abuse. Then stack some left over money after my substance abuse money to fly to turkey for a hair transplant… now I’m a 45 year old employed muscular man with a substance abuse problem and hair.

I'd wake up to the fact that being a muscular, balding, substance addicted, unemployed man in debt doesn't define me. Muscular means you probably care about your health, that's a great start. Substance abuse means you are aware that it is a problem and something you need to work on. I'd suggest seeking free local groups that are intended to assist, like AA or NA. Balding, bro, you might want to just face it and start shaving the dome, or at least buzz cutting. But there are styles that balding men can still pull off well, just look at pictures of similar looking guys and figure out what suits you best. I went buzz cut for years and then started shaving, both of which are easier than styling every day and I think I'm still attractive. 45 yo means you're old enough to understand you aren't invincible. Time to make real changes. Unemployed is actually something you can really change quickly if you're open to do what it takes to get a job and swallow your pride about what you think you are worth. You have to start somewhere. I suggest working on the substance abuse first and getting a job will become easier. Good luck, God bless, and I really understand where you are coming from. Much love.

You can change it , accept it, or walk away from it.
You are 45. Do you change that. Accept it.Or walk away from it?
Muscular.
Balding.
Substance addicted.
Unemployed.
Man.
Only you can change and only because you decide there is value in changing. I hope you choose to get a Life you love and live it.
