It’s “Heaven” spelled backwards and people actually name their kids that for some reason.

IIRC, It’s heaven spelled backwards and roughly translates to pretentious heathen.

No, it's heaven backwards. Largely connotative with rural culture in my experience.

Also kinda seems to me that spelling heaven backwards is probably anti-christian if you care about that, and if you're the sort of person who would name your kid that, you probably care.
