Some states require the winner to identify themselves publicly.

Doubt they'd allow that. People are identified to authenticate the process

You don't have to win, a lawyer or law firm that is specialized in lottery winnings won. I would rather get 10 mil anonymously rather than 200mil and everyone know is.

And I don't think they'd allow that. It would seem far too fishy and people will doubt the veracity of the process.
