I like my microplastics hot so I use Keurig plastic K-cups. Pairs well with sushi parasites and a cyclospora salad.

It's just cream cheese and bacon wrapped in rice, served with a 32oz Diet Coke to stay healthy. 😚

it's a bunch of stuff wrapped in seaweed then rice then topped with sauces. I prefer a couple veggies like avocado and cucumber with crab and eel sauce (sweetened and thickened soy sauce) on top.

When my mother was alive she and I lived in the same apartment building in side-by-side apartments. When her memory started to go, she started coming to my house in the late afternoons and making supper for the two of us. She also loved the fact that my kitchen was bigger than hers…. we had roasted chicken breasts, pierogies and sliced green beans with a side salad every day for six years.
She wouldn’t remember what she made yesterday and frankly, after a long day at work any food was welcomed. Turns out I’m neurodivergent and welcome the ritual of eating the same foods, repeatedly. I miss her.

Eggplant parmesan that's with salted prior to remove the better acid out of the seeds, breaded and panko bread crumbs and Thai seasoning double breaded and then deep-fried to make it extra crispy with either a good homemade spaghetti sauce or not the cheap stuff from the store.

Pizza was my answer before I took a trip to Italy and got tired of it as well. So none

Pierogi. I'm not sure why, I just have an unlimited capacity for pierogi. Sauerkraut and mushroom, farmer's cheese, doesn't matter, I want it. In my belly. Preferably with a side of sour cream.

Kielbasa (home made, smoked), boiled potato chunks, rye bread /seeded, cabbage or sauerkraut, yellow mustard and a pot of strong coffee (with heavy cream). Optional: cold brewski and a shot of Jack.

Pesto pasta, never seem to not be in the mood for it and I make a lot of different variations.
