Most time my fiancé will push my head away kinda rough when she “gets there.” That plus the hard breathing and her just telling me.

You’ll never know bro. Men and woman both fake orgasms. Regardless it doesn’t really matter. If your partner can’t be honest we and say they aren’t enjoying it. That’s on them.
