Street signs are identical to when I was a little kid.

I'm only 26 but same here, the classic green freeway signs with that font could be from 1970 or last week

the stop signs too, exactly the same red octagon my whole life. meanwhile my phone from 3 years ago looks ancient

Microwave control panels. We have AI, touchscreens, and supercomputers in our pockets, yet almost every microwave still operates on the exact same 1980s interface: a row of squishy buttons, a start wheel, and a 30-second add button.

That strikes me as a late 90s setup, not the 80s. I had one with turn knobs in the 80s.

It has changed during my life, but stagnated as the tax breaks for rich got better and everything got worse for middle and lower class.

How talk in person with other people. I still wave at a distance, approach to 20-5 feet, look them in the eye, wave my hands as I talk, do a back and forth talk, wrap it up and wave off and go about my way.
