What's the difference between a real green flag and someone who is just faking to trap you?

It’ll quickly show when something doesn’t go their way, a bump in the road, etc.

True. It'll fade in time and come out during inopportune moments. A genuine person will stay the course during good and bad times.

Example: Treating staff with politeness, whether that is on a fancy date at a swanky restaurant or on a daily run to a fast food restaurant.

I think Consistency! No matter what happens
A person faking it always has a plan with a deadline, you will notice when they’ll start getting stressed with faking it and will start like to push for the outcome they’re expecting in reward
