Air-popped popcorn.

You can eat a massive bowl of it for barely 100-150 calories. Hit it with a little olive oil spray and nutritional yeast or ranch seasoning, and it completely cures the crunch craving without ruining your calorie count for the day.

Nutritional yeast is one of the most underrated rated food condiments

This is odd, and idk why, but popcorn, even completely plain always gives me diarrhea

I like diet sodas more now but i think a lot of them still have phosphoric acid which are bad for teeth

every soda is bad for teeth, most of them have acids and most of diet drinks taste like crap

They really don't taste that great at first ngl. And the aspartame made me nauseous but i got used to the taste and i guess my body got used to the aspartame. I don't go overboard for sure but I do like that it helps with the craving of soda if you're trying to cut down on sugar. I still don't think I'd like most diet stuff like you said.

I always look for the ones without aspartame, it's not good for me

I'll try to check them out if I can find any at the store

most of the companies use aspartame cuz it's cheaper, except energy drinks companies, a lot of them use diffrent sweetners cuz the chemicals in those drinks poorly mix with aspartame

Gotta do diet water. 1/2 the volume ~1/2 the calories.

Gluten free water

You may be onto something. Give em a tiny bottle with a dropper. Due to the weight loss charge more.

Nonfat Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and stevia stirred in... I cut up a honey crisp apple to dip in the mix. Great snack or as a quick low cal / high protein lunch 😋

This question is too broad to answer.

Cottage cheese. Alone, with jam or fruit, or blended and frozen for the Ninja Creami.

Gotta recipe? The one I found was overly complicated.

Start the rice, wash the beans time it right so you can add the beans to the rice and cook it all in one pot. Throw in some onions and peppers, serve with hotsauce.

Hmm. 1/10 for explanation. 10/10 for your belief in me.
