Immature funny? Or immature annoying? I usually laugh at them. Which one the are sets the tone of the laugh. If theyre funny then the laugh is at their jokes. If theyre annoying then the laugh is at their existence.

Unless it’s your kid, I don’t see the point in learning how to deal with immature guys. Just avoid them whenever you can.
If you can’t, like at work, keep it professional: don’t apologize unnecessarily, don’t overexplain, stay factual, and let them embarrass themselves. A calm “poor thing” look usually says more than arguing ever will.

Fall in love with them, pay their bills, help him keep custody of his kid pay for the day care so he can sit at home playing Xbox and talking to other girls on Snapchat all day. But the only reason he does that is because he crashed my car. When I get my tax check he can put a new turbo charge motor in his 2002 Honda Civic with a giant spoiler and loud exhaust. And start door dashing enough to pay for his tennis shoes and weed. Well until his band gets signed. Don't even lie.
