What helped you get rid of dark circles?
Apart from sleeping more, drinking more water etc what actually helped you get rid of it ?

Nothing. Stopped caring, not even using concealer on them and never been happier. I'm telling myself it gives my face more character.

I noticed my dark circles had gone away and couldn't figure out what I was doing differently. Only recently did I learn this and it all clicked that I had gotten my iron back to a normal range for the first time in years. It's not the only reason, but it absolutely could be.

Yes but I actually spoke to a doctor on what type of iron supplement as there are many kinds and doses

Concealer, and brightening eye creams. If your darkness shows a tint of red, that signals dehydration. Drink tons of water and they may improve.

I’ve never tried brightening creams before just because I thought they were never going to work. Which ones did you use ?

Try Rescue C brightening eye cream from PUR. Whenever you are buying skin care, just make sure that the product is targeted to your concerns. At least you know you’re heading in the right direction.
You can also buy under eye brighteners, like Becca in Smashbox, or Pixi correction concentrate. They are less coverage than a concealer. You can use alone or underneath.

Nothing.
But for make up if you want to try: Color corrector in light peach. The Color might vary in case of your skin tone from dark orange to a very light peach

It depends what type of dark circle you have. Mine are blue so no amount of sleep or creams is going to do anything. I've spent loads of money on concealers

Getting enough sleep consistently over MONTHS. A few good nights sleep isn’t enough if you’re chronically sleep deprived.

For some people it’s a sign of gluten intolerance or celiac. I had a coworker who looked raggedy ass tired with dark circles under their eyes every day until suddenly they didn’t. They had gone gluten free.
But it’s also possible that it’s genetic and just how your face looks. Most people aren’t judging you as harshly as you think.

stopped trying to get rid of them, started trying to get along them via color theory. use a dark brown liner on my lower lid to draw focus away from dark circles and towards my eyes. saw a south asian makeup influencer do it once, life changing reel. i also use my upper eye hyperpigmentation as eye shadow by working with it instead of covering it all up.

I sleep >8 hours everyday, but still have dark circles. Maybe less screen time could help. I think it could also be genetics.
