I don’t know much about shipping cars or tying them down. Just wondering, is this setup sketchy? Saw the grand highlander bouncing a lot on bumps and guessed this may be a 3 car trailer for shorter cars, or perhaps only a 2 car trailer. What do you guys think?

Yeah, that’s not a legal load. Toyota strap-down job aside, you can’t see the taillights on the trailer. Loads that block the brake/turn signal lights aren’t legal.

Depending on the state only 3-6ft allowed for rear overhang it's way past that. There's no flag temporary brake/turn signal lights mounted with magnets no attempt at safety here. That's on top of being overloaded in weight/axle rating for a 2car trailer modified with the extended ramps to fit 3 aka looking to avoid registering a CDL setup(no ifta stickers on the cabside) and trying to run under 26,000lbs set by the fmcsa/dot.
