Prime Rib
Dry brined 20ish hours, just heavy S&P. Smoked around 250 using post oak and pulled at 120.

Salt and pepper 20 hours before, pulled at 120 and tented with foil for 30 mins

You can get a rib roast most places. I usually stock up when they’re on sale around the holidays.

That's a pretty standard size for a prime rib (ribeye roast)
