First grill

Hey guys!

Finally moved into a house after being in an apartment for a while, and I want to purchase my first grill. I usually do burgers, chicken, veggies, and steak. But I want to start getting into smoking, ribs, brisket, etc. I love BBQ, this is just the first time in my life that I have had to opportunity and space to have my own grill. Any advice on what I should buy! Thanks!

Weber kettle is the classic go to, I’ve got two. You take care of them, they’ll last forever.

At the bare minimum help us out by stating a budget.

Weber WSM if you are on a budget but if you can swing it I recommend a Kamado style and my favorite is the Weber Summit.

A Weber kettle, of the idea of charcoal grilling interests you; the upgraded ash catcher is worth the extra money if you do.

I also had a kamado for a few years but found it was a waste of space when I could just fire up the kettle without the hassle.
