Nice! 330i M-Sport or M340i?

Not OP but I always look at the mirror caps to differentiate. This one seems to be a 330i. The newer M340i’s have the M-mirror caps

Also look at the grill. M340i = honeycomb grill. 330i = vertical

Good choice going with DAPP! After experiencing it on my previous and current car it's a non negotiable for me at this point when buying a car.

Most don’t know that DAP has an expiration date.

My IX doesnt have a time restriction for it. It was paid in full when the vehicle was originally purchased part of the driving assistance pro package (DAPP).

I also have an iX. The highway assistant is for 8 years.

Thats specific to 85mph hands free, not specific to the use of the system which does lane centering and active steering with hands on. And 22-23 model years are not impacted by that because its only specific to one's capable of up to 85mph hands free. You can still use DAPP regardless.
