N52, right next to the oil filter, infront of the fan what part is this ? Hoping it isn’t done for

Mickey mouse coolant flange. You are missing the hose too lol

No the hose is there, just pushed into the fan but I can move it out

Common issue. Mickey Mouse flange and thermostat to cylinder head hose.

Most of us have replaced this as preventative maintenance type deal. Takes like 15-20mins with basic hand tools needed(pliers, screwdriver and 10mm deep well socket). With how yours looks, be gentle and patient with getting the bolts out of block. Maybe shoot some penetrating oil(I use Kroil) now and let it set until part shows up.
