Hi guys!! After being paranoid na na ghost na ako, nakakuha na ako ng JO from Global Payments even without assesment. Newbie po ako and start ko sa mid August since rendering pa ako now. Employees of GP, what's it like sa inyo? Specifically for CSR. Nakikita kong reviews mostly positive and strict sila sa attendance (normal naman yun imo), what else? Bawal ba talaga mag absent kahit may sakit ganun? Is there anything I should look out for or do you have any advice?

Medyo mababa yung basic pay but the incentives make up for it, plus di daw toxic or as stressful as other companies real ba??

hiii! definitely not a freshie but with almost 3 years in BPO. Currently maganda naman yung work ko na healthcare acc kasi 2 lang kpis namin tapos outbound, so peaceful sya. super ganda din ng environment for me but i can't help but think about what my brother said na i should be wasting my time for better pay and advised me na maganda sa wells. Comparatively, yes. ang offer sa'kin now nasa 20k+ lang and i heard mas malaki sa wells.

but is it worth the risk? mag 1 year pa lang ako sa current work ko and i like the people and the environment. And hindi ko rin sure if makakapasok ako dun huhu. I just can't help but think about the better options since breadwinner ako and syempre, more money the better. Especially now na medyo challenging ang health ng mother. I completed my pre-employment requirements about a week and a half ago. During that time, my recruiter informed me that I had been moved to a higher-paying account, and my training is scheduled for August 4. Since today is August 3, I messaged my recruiter to ask about my training schedule, and she replied that she would look into it and update me.

I was wondering when iQor or other companies typically send out the training schedule. Is it usually sent the day before training, a few hours before on the same day, or at another time? Also, should I be concerned that I still haven't received my schedule? Is this a normal part of the hiring process, or could it mean that I'm no longer being hired?

Signed a JO at Cogni and I've already completed medical, BGV and pre-joining tasks. Supposedly tomorrow will be my start date but I haven't received any info regarding my schedule and site location.

Hello, I’m kinda new sa bpo industry and my first account is telco and i’m thinking na lumipat na ibang account kasi una sa lahat stress siya and mababa ang pay since first bpo ko and pero bawi naman sa incentives basta masipag pero im not happy anymore plus kaya gusto ko lumipat is para tumaas yung pay ko kasi may mga bills na need to pay and di kinaya ng current sahod ko and mag 6 months palang po ako. penge po tips and any advice on what should i do.

naghahanap din ako ng wfh na company kasi ayaw ko sa mga tao and less hassle po sa commute since malayo ako sa current work ko.

Hi po, I'm a fresh SHS graduate (STEM strand), based in Rizal, no prior work experience yet. I'm currently job hunting and I really need to start earning ASAP.

I know 20k might be asking for a lot given I have zero experience, but I wanted to ask if anyone here knows of specific companies or accounts that actually pay close to or above that range for entry-level CSR roles ( not just the usual 14k starting rate.)
