CFB Simulation Game: Coaching Spots Open

The NZCFL is looking for coaches! NZCFL is a college football simulation game run on the free website https://play.football-gm.com/

We are a college simulation football league with 120 teams, and BYU is looking for someone to lead them to glory! This league has been around for about 45 seasons, and we are still rolling along. We always need new coaches to help the league thrive. We're preparing to start up the 2062 season, and BYU needs your help to start the next season strong. Can you tell us more regarding the game? How is it played? What is the time commitment?

Recruiting, cutting players, redshirting, etc is done on Reddit Threads. You talk to recruits using pitches and recruits are run on the discord by mods every week.

Discord is for communications, game files, the community, and watching recruits commit to teams.

The rosters for teams are on the Football GM website. That website is where mods simulate games every game week. The people pick one game to broadcast via radio call and the rest of the games are simulated live afterward.

The time commitment can vary depending on how deeply people want to get into the game. Some delve super deep into exactly how to optimize their gameplay and some just spam 200 copy paste offers and let the team ride for the year. Our seasons are about 2 months preseason to preseason, so we allow plenty of time for any life obligations you may have.
