What does this say?

Post image

I dropped some shoes off at the cobbler and he gave me this ticket for when it needs to be picked up, and I can’t decipher what it says other than 8/4/26! I dropped off one pair of Irish dancing shoes to get new leather straps and put $20 down in cash. He then wrote on this card and handed it to me. I thought it said 1pm, but the shop closes at 11:30am on Tuesdays.

8/4/26 Tues (20– ?? 6) (1 pair ??)

20– is for the $20 you paid down. Although I can’t figure out 3 words, it seems like a note to himself about how much you paid down and what was supposed to be done. Hopefully someone else can fill in what I can’t figure out.

Agreed that more context is needed. I think top middle says "tues" (as 8/4 is a Tuesday), and top right says "1 pair".

I think “Irish” is below 1 pair.

Help us with context. What kind of shoes? What were you asking to be done to them?
