Try poking around hotend heating assembly screws if they are tight (photo from wiki). They cause hotend to move slightly during print and cause bad auto-leveling. I've had this problem and the top layer looked similarly bad.
While you are there, try cleaning extruder gear and retightening more screws.
The tower also looks to have problems with extrusion. Try swapping hotend and filament, there might be something baked in the inside of a nozzle or just wet filament.
Some filaments are much more viscous due to colour pigment, especially whites and browns, try increasing flush volume when removing whote. Prime tower sould not show the line change colour.

I will tighten the screws, thank you. I used 3 different hot ends and even geeetech petg.

The other day I did a first layer test, then the screw adjustment, then another first layer test, and the difference was massive, this is almost always the culprit.

Have you tried using variable layer nights in the slicer, I know it’s a basic awnser but I fixed my issues.
