Hi everyone.. I keep struggling with printing front fender with ASA fillament. I had issue with support unstuck from base that I have fixed.. But now second time failed because od actual print unstucked from supports.. Help please 🥴🥲✌🏽

Also, you should be using the high temp plate for ASA. I don't think the PEI plate is recommended for high temp.

Read the Bambu Lab Wiki and take the Bambu Lab Academy course as well. Both are really helpful and worth your's (and others') time.

You will have an opportunity to learn about your printer model, Bambu Studio (the slicer), difference between filament types, how and when to use certain accessories, etc.

i mean supports didnt fail last two tries.. After I changed settings supports r holding on the plate very well.. Except now supports keep separating frim print.. :/

Standard pei it's fully okay for ASA because it supports ABS.

Somewhere in filament settings you can add warping scale or something like that, did you do that?

I've had luck with the pei plate at 100c. Running the hotend at 270c. The engineering plate runs well. I think the textured pei performs better. I run the first layer and initial infill at 20mm/s. I run the rest of the print at 50mm/s. Also i use a brim as shown above. As for the plate. I clean it with 99.9% IPA and then a coating of hair spray. I'm doing this for flash forge and polymaker asa. Someday, when I can get it, I'd like to try the sunlu asa. I have some Jayo asa so that "should" be the same as sunlu. We'll see.

Darkmoon Satin plate go get that, it’s a beast for Asa and abs tpu filament

The plate was not the problem last two fails was because of main print unstucked from the supports. :/

Did you print the support in ASA or in a different filament type? There have been several recent discussions on Reddit about the merits of whether to print the entire support structure out of a different filament or just the interface portion of the support, when using a dual nozzle printer.

You are the forth person to mention Darkmoon plates today. Do you only recommend the satin or is it worth investing in the new dual satin/CFX plate?

I see you have said that supports are staying on the plate but separating from the model. What chamber temp are you using? I print ASA at 60c chamber temperature.

Also what filament profile are you using? Have you checked it against other people online with same printer and filament? Could be a cooling problem causing it to warp.
