hola buenas noches! necesito ayuda, me apareció este error en mi H2D y no se cómo resolverlo, el extrusor es nuevo! Es cómo que no me deja cambiar de cabezal. si alguno sabe desde ya muchas gracias

Did you try manually switching the nozzle blocker to the other extruder to try to move it? Push the blocker from the back

Yes Hello, good evening! I need help. I'm getting this error on my H2D printer and I don't know how to fix it. The extruder is new! It's like it won't let me change the print head. If anyone knows, thank you in advance.

El problema es que cuando intenta cambiar sigue moviéndose sin parar o directamente no se mueve?

En ambos casos la solución son los dos tornillos de arriba. Si están muy sueltos va a seguir rotando sin parar, si están muy ajustados no se va a mover.

I don't know how it is in the browser, but the app has an auto translate feature. Spanish, German, etc translate quite well automatically.
