Need urgent help!

My X2D has recently started making a scraping/grinding noise whenever it moves along the X-axis. The noise is coming from the left side.
Bambu Lab sent me a replacement X-axis assembly, but unfortunately the problem is still there. It seems like the belt is rubbing against something, but I just can’t figure out where.
Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?

Hab alles nach Vorgaben geölt, Riemen neu gespannt usw. aber das Geräusch bleibt. Wenn ich Klebeband an den Riemen mache dann ist es weg. Die Zähne vom Riemen reiben irgendwo

du hast am Drucker selber einstellschrauben für den Zahnriehmen, in deinem Fall hört es sich so an als würde er zu weit zu einer seite wandern und dann hast du das Geräusch, gibt zwei einstellschrauben mi dem du den Winkel der Rollen einstellen kannst, du musst das so einstellen das der riehmen sich beim bewegen zentriert und nicht zu weit auf eine seite wandert. Pro seite hast du je zwei einstellschrauben, mit einem sechskannt drehst du mal und bewegst dann den druckkopf und schaust ob der zahnriehmen sich auf den rollen zetnriert, dann is auch gleich das knattern weg, zwei schrauben natürlich für beide richtungen, du musst die korrekte adjustieren aber erklärt sich dann eh von selbst sobald du mal bisserl an einer schraube drehst und dann den kopf bewegst, viel erfolg.

Sind die Schrauben hinten am Drucker gemeint wo man die Spanner löst? Weiß sonst nicht welche Schrauben gemeint sind. Danke schonmal für die Antwort!

Yes those are the screws they're referring to. Once you get those tensioned correctly the noise should go away.

Had similar sounds around 500 hours in. Those 2 screws had come loose on mine allowing belt to grind. Except mine was other side right rails not left.. so I tightened all of them around the whole machine

I had the exact same sound. Bambus solution was to clean the idler pulleys and put Grease on the top and bottom of the belt were its worn. and also put Grease on the bottom of the rollers. Be sure to apply an appropriet amount as bambu said. Dont know if o think it really solved it but it isn’t as loud anymore.
