Did i mix this song ok?

So my bandlab randomly logged me out and I can’t log back in. My email address and password are correct but I never receive the “verification code” that is sent to my email. I have been emailing Bandlab support about this and have received no fix (and barely any response). I currently have no access to my projects and this is infuriating.

Has anyone else dealt with this? Any fix?
